Expressive Art Class III

The upcoming program, Expressive Art Class III, is scheduled to run from January 26th to March 15th at the Edithvale Community Centre, every Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. This eight-week program is designed for young individuals seeking a platform to articulate their thoughts and emotions through various art forms.

Expressive arts, which encompass creative mediums such as drawing, writing, music, and dance, have been strategically integrated to facilitate personal growth. Our program ensures inclusivity and offers group sessions for both beginners and those already familiar with expressive arts. Participation in expressive arts is not only stimulating but also therapeutic, promoting healing and fostering improved creativity among our youth. This program guarantees an intuitive, enjoyable, and rewarding experience, with no prerequisite of artistic skill. Our emphasis is on cultivating concentration and active engagement in the various activities.

The goal is not just the final creation but the entire process, encouraging learning and inner emotional expression. We highly recommend this class for the comprehensive growth of our youths. The workshop is free and provides a unique opportunity to learn self-expression, craft-making, and group participation. This class is thoughtfully centered around play and natural art materials and serves as an introduction to art expression for youth participants. Join us in this enlightening and enjoyable experience at Expressive Art Class III.
