Participation Fee
Individual or family tickets can be purchased for admission, and can be purchased on-site on the day of the event. This cost includes meals.

Description
From children to the elderly, the whole family is welcomed to attend, where people can participate and share the preciousness and love of family and have pride in the Korean culture. We hope this day will be a time for everyone to let go of the hardships and difficulties caused by COVID-19 and enjoy the feeling of spending time together.

For You Telecare Family Service (FUTFS) will focus on promoting the mental health of children and adolescents in 2022. As a family and social service agency, we develop and provide a variety of programs and services that are essential for everyone from children to the elderly, and we will take a new leap forward with our annual Family Fun Day.
The Family Fun Day will host to announce various counseling, education, and volunteer training programs for the Korean Canadian community, mental health promotion activities for youth, and counseling and outreach services for seniors. Specifically, there will be parent skills workshops to improve parents’ communication and relationship skills for children’s mental health. There will be various volunteer education and training programs such as a Facilitator Training Day, Mind and Motion, and a Community Day for youth. We are working hard and doing our best. Although FUTFS has been unable to provide face-to-face programs due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have dedicated our online programs to promoting the importance of counseling, education, and volunteering. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who have shown their enthusiasm as participants in the programs and projects through steady volunteer participation, active support, and participation with us over the past two years.
Thanks to the support of many people, FUTFS will be holding our outdoor “Family Fun Day” at Wilket Creek Park (Picnic 2) from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 28th. This family event is a great opportunity for families to gather together, feel happiness and love, and have fun while actually experiencing the creation of a healthy family and a loving community. It will be a time to bloom the flowers of smiles. There will be art projects, games, and various performances that parents and children can enjoy together. Due to COVID-19, we will do our best to wear masks and practice physical distancing, while enjoying the preciousness and joy of communication and relationships through our outdoor, in-person Family Fun Day, and begin to mentally distance ourselves from the reality of meeting online and forgetting in-person conversations.
Your participation is great support for FUTFS. For a healthy society and families, we would like to thank everyone who has always loved and supported FUTFS as members, volunteers, supporters, and program participants. I sincerely hope that it will create meaningful and precious memories in 2022.
